All persons making a booking will need to agree and comply with these terms and conditions:
1. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment
2. The accommodation is booked and paid in advance. There is a 20% deposit on booking, with the balance paid four weeks prior to the booking date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the required date must be paid in full in advance. Deposits and balances may be paid by cash, cheque or PayPal. Please do not send cash by post.
3. Arrival time is after 3pm on the first day and departure by 11am on the last day
4. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of disability dogs
5. The accommodation is limited to two guests at all times
6. There must be no loud music, activity or disturbance likely to cause a nuisance to neighbouring residents
