All persons making a booking shall agree and comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment
2. The accommodation shall be paid for by cash or cheque on arrival. We are sorry we are unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time
3. Cancellation made after 3pm on the day prior to planned arrival, or failure to arrive, will incur a charge of £59 (100% of the first night of the booking)
4. Arrival time is after 3pm on the first day and departure by 11am on the last day
5. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of disability dogs
6. The accommodation is limited to two guests at all times
7. There must be no loud music, activity or disturbance likely to cause a nuisance to neighbouring residents
